Steve is a lifelong Fitchburg resident and he and his wife Laura raised their two daughters there. Outside of real estate, he is passionate about New England sports, golfing, and biking.

Michael has been in real estate for over 30 years. He began his real estate career because he wanted to carry on the family legacy. He says being a realtor is in his DNA. Michael specializes in satisfying Champa Realty’s client base regardless of their purchasing or selling goals. When he is not in the office, Michael enjoys New England sports, eating at fine restaurants, traveling to the Carribean, and spending time with his family.

Christine is the broker’s assistant and office administrator for Champa Realty. She began her real estate career in 2013 when she became a realtor and joined the team. Christine decided to get into real estate after moving back to Massachusetts from Florida, where she lived for 17 years working as a dental assistant. She was looking for a change of pace that would still allow her to continue to work help people. Christine feels that buying and selling a home is a very personal experience and it is satisfying to be able to help them through such a big life change. When she is not in the office, Christine enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband.

Lorna Brooks began her real estate career and joined the Champa Realty team in 2013. She works with residential home buyers and sellers and truly enjoys meeting new people and helping them fulfill their dream of home ownership. Lorna is originally from Fitchburg and is passionate about her family, especially her two beautiful grandbabies. In her free time, Lorna enjoys cooking, spending time with family, and traveling to the Caribbean with her husband.

Joyce Belli became a real estate agent in 2004 and joined Champa Realty in 2007. She specializes in finding homes for first time home buyers. She loves working with people and enjoys the technical part of the job with every house and transaction being a different experience. Joyce was born and raised in Fitchburg, where she still lives today. When she isn’t helping people find their dream home, Joyce loves to spend time at the lake and is passionate about volunteering in her church and the community.

Adam Kifer began his real estate career with Champa Realty in 2011. He has 15 years of experience in sales and customer service, which has proven to be a strong foundation for serving his current clients. Adam sees his greatest reward as being a consultant and advocate for his buyers and sellers and helping them achieve their goals in what can be perceived as an intimidating process. Adam was born and raised in Fitchburg but has since moved to Lancaster. Outside of real estate, Adam enjoys nothing more than spending quality time with his wife and their three children.

Christine Russo began her real estate career in 2017 and joined Champa Realty in 2019. She very much enjoys meeting new people and helping them to achieve their goals, which is why she decided to make a career change and become a realtor after 15 years of working as a teacher. Christine was born and raised in Leominster. She moved to Fitchburg 20 years ago, where she and her husband Keith have raised their two daughters, Samantha and Maddie. Outside of real estate, Christine is passionate about God, family, interior decorating, painting, music, and cooking.
